Press-On Nail Care & Safety

Use press-on nails and adhesives responsibly. This guide provides general cosmetic-use information and does not replace the directions on a product label or advice from a qualified medical professional.

Check your nails and skin first

  • Do not apply press-on nails over irritated, infected, injured or visibly damaged nails or surrounding skin.
  • Stop if a nail feels painful, pinches the skin or causes persistent pressure.
  • If you know you are sensitive or allergic to an adhesive ingredient, do not use that product.
  • Follow any patch-test or sensitivity instructions provided by the adhesive manufacturer.

Use adhesive safely

  • Read and follow the full adhesive label, including first-aid and removal instructions.
  • Use only adhesive intended for press-on or artificial nails and only as directed.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, clothing and surrounding skin.
  • Use glue and remover in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep adhesives, removers and small nail pieces away from children and pets.
  • Do not pull apart skin accidentally bonded by glue. Follow the product label and seek medical assistance when appropriate.

Daily care

  • Follow the adhesive manufacturer's guidance about water exposure after application.
  • Wear suitable gloves for prolonged cleaning, dishwashing or contact with household chemicals.
  • Do not use press-on nails as tools to pry, scrape or open objects.
  • Check for lifting after water exposure or impact. Remove or replace a loose, cracked or uncomfortable nail.
  • Avoid trapping moisture under a lifted nail.

Removal safety

  • Never rip, pry or force a press-on nail off.
  • Use the removal method specified for the adhesive.
  • Stop if removal is painful or begins peeling layers from the natural nail.
  • See the Application & Removal Guide for detailed steps.

Hygiene and reuse

  • Press-on nails are personal-use cosmetic items. Do not share used nails or adhesives.
  • Clean and dry reusable nails using only a method compatible with the product and adhesive.
  • Do not reuse a nail that is cracked, bent, contaminated or unable to fit securely.
  • Used or applied press-on nails and opened or used adhesives are not eligible for preference returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect-item rights remain available under the Return & Refund Policy.

Storage

  • Store clean, completely dry press-on nails separately to prevent scratching and contamination.
  • Keep nails, adhesive and remover in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
  • Keep every adhesive or remover in its original labeled container and follow its storage and disposal instructions.

When to stop use

Remove the product safely and stop use if you experience pain, swelling, burning, rash, discoloration, persistent irritation or signs of infection. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when symptoms are severe, continue after removal or cause concern.
